Dear Mr. Jack,

I am Kazi Mohammad Wahidul Islam, a caregiver volunteer worker at your reputed heath care, Chattogram Metropolitan Hospital, writing this letter to inform you that I will not able to continue my role as a caregiver from next month.

I have learned a lot of things from you and your organization through this job. But due to my higher study, I have to focus on my semester. As a result, I may not do this work. This is a hard decision for me not to be a part of this wonderful company. If you want, I would like to suggest my younger brother Sahim to work instead of me. He is very hard-working person. He is a good freelance caregiver who worked for nearly one year in Max Hospital, Chattogram. With your guidance and support, he can full-fill all of your expectation.
