Dear Mr. Anant,

Hope this message finds you well. I am writing this letter to inform you that I cannot continue the charity work, which I have been doing for the past two years. I have been taking care of the cleaning department for our surrounding areas: including roads, pathways, and park, enhancing a healthy lifestyle for our neighbours.

Due to my job transfer, I have to relocate soon although I enjoy doing the social work in my leisure time. Moreover, I had requested my employer to allow me working in this branch office, but they denied.

However, my office colleague, Mr. Smith, is interested to contribute for the voluntary work, as he recently moved into our appartment and is looking for some spare-time activities. In addition, he can support in arranging social events with his expertise in event management.
