Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter to inform you that I have been working with the Red Cross since last year. We engage in a variety of volunteer activities and help people in need across our country. Our organization consistently provides assistance whenever it is required, and the Red Cross conducts medical tests in local communities. People generously donate blood, and our organization ensures that this blood is made available to those in need.

I have always committed myself to my work there, but at this time, I wish to continue my college education, which means I will be unable to maintain my volunteer work. Education is essential for our future. However, I hope to work together again after I finish college.

Our organization requires many volunteers to assist those in need, and I have referred a person who is willing to work with us free of charge. He is a dedicated, helpful, and strong leader. His name is ABCD, and I believe he will contribute positively to our upcoming programs.
