I hope you are doing well. I am Urvish Patel. I am writing this letter because I am dissatisfied with you are bad hotel booked for me. Every New Year I go to different places.
This time I went to Goa on 15th March. I stayed in the hotel from around 16th to 20th March. Almost 5 days and 4 nights stayed in the hotel, but I had an unpleasant experience.
Firstly, I stayed in sardard hotel. It is a very bad odor in the room, and the room was not clean. I went to a bath and did not put it inside the towel. That was bad service. I called the receptionist. She was talked to rudely. She did not provide me with any nearby hotel to stay, or they did not clean the room.
Secondly, I heartily request you to please refund the hotel prices. If you want any bank details for my money back, then do not hesitate to write back to me.
