Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter to inform you that I have lost my business card on a train.

The business card has a rectangular shape an is blue in colour. The card consists of my name, office location address, and company name on it. Most importantly, it has my signature on the back of the card.

I was travelling from my office to home on Monday, December 29th, at 7 pm on an express train. When I was boarding the train, I had my business card with me, but I think I dropped it in the train as there were a lot of people on that train.

I am requesting you to check the CCTV footage for that day to confirm if it was left in the train. Also, check if somebody has handed it to the Lost and Found Department. If you find the business card, please contact me on my number, which is 15234567890.
