Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to inform you that I am very disappointed with your cleaning service which I hired from your company.

Firstly, Last week, on 23 July at 4.00 PM . Your cleaning team come to my home for cleaning the house. I am very happy because I know the reviews of your company very well.

Secondly, there are some problems with the cleaning such as stains was not removed properly from the walls and dusting of furniture was not very good. During the cleaning process one of your team member broken my glass door which was very expensive. Your cleaning service is not fantastic according to price.

Lastly, I am not satisfied with the quality of your work and negligence of your staff. I want compensation in terms of money . Please look my matter as soon as possible .
