Dear sir,
I am writing this letter to express my disatisfaction towards the landscaping job i gave to your company yesterday (31-03-2026). The organisation’s services and the mode of work is unprofessional. I scheduled you to come at excatly 7:00 am. To fix my backyard garden and walk ways which the services supposed to last for 2 hours as stated in your company’s invoice but the workers did not show up until 11:00 am.
After the workers are gone, i checked my garden and i disscoverd that two of my flower vast were broken and some of the grass are not well trimmed. I believd the workers are not good enough or they are not properly trained. I would like the company to send and expert that will come and fix this said issue and i am entittled to recieve 10% discount on my next service with company.
I hope i will get swift response and my complain will be solved with shortest period of time.
