I’m writing to you about the issue that your company did to my garden.

I manged with your customer service about rebuilding my yard in last week, i have a plan and i show it to your team who except to do it. however, they start their work and I found out the did the corner wrong.

Unfortunately, the look of the outdoor garden was not what I expected. And it’s takes a big spaces in my garden it’s make it look small and tight . Also the colours was not same one we agreed to use to the room.

I would like to ask you to fix the problem and make sure it’s the same as I requested. Otherwise, I’m going to start the legal process against your organisation.
