I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent renovation work your company carried out in my kitchen. Unfortunately, the work completed does not match the standard we agreed upon in the contract.
As discussed before the project started, your team was supposed to install new cabinets, replace the countertops, and repaint the walls. However, only part of this work was completed properly. While the cabinets were installed on time, the paint job and countertop replacement were done carelessly and do not meet professional standards.
To begin with, the paint on several sections of the wall is uneven, with visible brush marks and patches of missing color. Additionally, the new countertop is not aligned correctly, leaving noticeable gaps between the surface and the wall. Even the cabinet doors are misaligned and do not close properly.
I kindly request that you send a qualified team to inspect the kitchen and complete the work to the agreed standard. I expect the repainting, countertop adjustment, and cabinet alignment to be corrected as soon as possible. I would appreciate it if this could be resolved within the next two weeks.
