I am writing to complain about the service provided by your company, as the renovation of my kitchen took much longer than agreed and was not fully completed.
Firstly, the quality of the work was very poor and carried out under unsatisfactory conditions, which negatively affected my household. Because of the unfinished and messy work, my neighbours have also complained and accused me of being irresponsible with my home.
Secondly, I was disappointed with the behaviour of one of your workers, who was rude and unprofessional. This made the experience even more unpleasant.
I request that my kitchen be renovated again properly and that all mistakes be corrected by skilled workers. Please ensure that your company takes responsibility for the poor service provided. I also ask you to consider replacing the rude worker to avoid similar issues in the future.
