I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the smartphone I purchased from your website.
First and foremost, the phone has a faulty battery that drains rapidly, culminating in frequent overheating. This issue has significantly hindered my ability to work from home and utilize all the phone’s features effectively.
Another significant problem is the phone glitching, which I believe is caused by a broken screen. This not only affects the device’s performance but also detracts from its overall appearance.
I have attempted to reboot the smartphone, reset the settings, and update the software, but the issues persist. I am extremely concerned about these problems and would appreciate it if you could replace the device with a fully functional one. If this is not possible, I kindly request a full refund.
