Subject: Complaint About Defective Electronic Product
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing the complain about an electronic product that I purchased from your store on 29 June 2026. I bought a Bluetooth speaker but after only two days of use it stopped working properly.
The speaker is not charging and it does not turn on even after trying different chargers. I have used the product carefully and followed all the instructions so I believe it has a manufacturing defect.
I kindly request you to replace the product with a new one or provide an full refund. I have the purchase bill and warranty card with me.
