Dear sir or madam,

I am writing this letter to you to apprise your attention to the problem, i am having with my recently bought car from your company at Vancouver. This made me really disappointed as I have called at the office number many times but i didnot get any respond. I also sent an email to discuss with you. Since i havenot get any response, i thought about writing a letter to you.

Yesterday, i was going to my work by car, it suddenly stops after giving some pushes. I am not sure about the issue but now even the indicators are not working, might be having some issues with the engine functionality.

I am requesting you to take this issue into matter and schedule any earliest appointment for me to visit your company to repair it up. I would be very grateful to you for considering my problem as utmost request.
