Yesterday, we visited your restaurant which was highly recommended by my friend. The welcoming was excellent. However, after our ordering we waited too long. Even customers that came to the restaurant after us have eaten already. We feel dissapointed and not seen. Later, we talked with the waitress and they said that they are in their peak hour, so they apologized for this experience. After that, they made a service.

We truly understand and appreciate all the efforts of the waitress. To be honest, there is a improvement area for you to enhance the team. This could reduce these typle of problems as we have and customers that will visit here.
