Dear Manager,

I have recently visited your restaurant. I ordered chicken corn soup with crackers. It was supposed to be served with in 20 minutes. However, it was served one hour later. Moreover, the soup was cold with increased quantity of black pepper. I asked one of the staff members to replace it with something else, but they refused. Also, the soup bowls were dirty.

Your restaurant enjoys good repute and all these issues would impact the image of your restaurant seriously. I would like to give a few suggestions. You should hire some professional cooks. Also, all the staff should recieve weekly training regarding communication skills. I would also like to suggest replacing the old crockery with the new one.
