Dear sir or madam,

I am writing this to enquire precise details regarding the return policy of your establishment. I read on your website that you have a return policy but coul not find procedural details to file for returns.

I placed an order for a smartwatch from your website last saturday, during your christmas sale. I was very eager to use it today when i received the delivery package but was shocked to find out that the watch’s dial glass was broken. I am not sure wheather this a manufacturing defect or something else happened during transit which led to this defect, i would like to return this defective product.

I am disappointed that i cannot start using the smart watch to actively start tracking my health. This event has made me question your company’s commitment towards customer satisfaction. In order to rectify the issue and restore my faith, help me return this defective product and place a new order of the same watch.
