Dear Retailer,
I hope you are having a great day. I recently purchased a new Samsung Monitor from you through your online website. However, when I recieved and opened it yesterday, I found a significant scratch on the monitor’s screen, which was visible with bare eyes. I believe that it might have been handled irresponsibly during it’s picking or delivering.
I had contacted your customer service to report this damage but had to state this very disappointingly that despite making multiple attempts to get a prompt response, no further reaction has been recieved from your service support team. I am starting my new position as an IT Support Technician on Dec 15th, 2025 and bought this monitor to complete a work from home setup in order to support my job requirements.
I would greatly appreciate if your department could follow up with me in order to get this monitor replaced as soon as possible or if not, would like to have a complete refund of the purchase I made. If the delivery of the device will be inclusive of more than 3 days, I can also pick it up from the store itself. Please let me know how would you like to proceed.
