Dear Sir/Madam,

I am a customer of yours who recently purchased an iPhone 17 Pro Max Silver with 1 terabytes memory from your online store a few days ago. It is the perfect device for me since I am a content creator that uses cellphone for capturing videos and pictures daily. Also the memory or the capacity of 1 terabytes of the said device is just the right for me to save all the videos or pictures I’m about to take.

However, upon receiving the package earlier today, to my surprise, it is not working. I tried clicking the power button for many times but it doesn’t work. I also tried charging the unit for 30 mins thinking it was just low battery, but still it is not functional. I have an unboxing and trying on video of my parcel as a proof that the device is not working.

Having said this, I would like to take a full refund from your company for this item or if refunding will not be possible, I would like to have a replacement of the faulty product with the same model, color and capacity.

I am hoping for your positive response on this matter.
