Actually, about a couple of days ago, I ordered an I phone XR from your platform. Receipt number of my order is 27JO3. I got my order on time. When I unboxed my order was nice from outer look, but when I checked the features, I got amazed that battery health is just 78% percent as I should have been 100% as well as no safety features.
Not only that, each five to ten minutes automatically my mobile phone is off, although I’m continuously checking phone’s features. I am apprehended. As I am patronizing buying things from your platform, since 3 years. Without a second thought I decided to complain you. I will appreciate you if you accept my request to replace it or to give a refund with following terms and conditions. I declared this product a counterfeit. Enclosed is video that my friend was recording when I unboxed this product and checked all features. I will send on your platform’s email.
I hope you would consider my words and replace this product with original one.
