Dear sir or Madam,

I am writing this email to express my gratitude for the exceptional time I had at your hotel during my stay last weekend.

My husband and I were there to celebrate our anniversary. We were given a beautiful and cozy room with a view of the beach which made the stay very relaxing. The activities at the hotel like mini golf made the day exciting. The cherry on the cake was the special dinner organized by your staff by the pool for our anniversary.

I truly appreciate the customer service provided by you and your staff members. I wanted to bring to your attention that I have also reiewed your hotel on traveller.com and applauded your service and recommended your hotel to other users.

Thank you again for an amazing experience and making our celebration more special. I look forward to visiting you again.
