Dear Sir/Madam!
My name is Alan James, and I have booked a room to live in your hotel during my company’s conference. I was checked in yesterday in room 402, which is located on the fourth floor. The period of my stay is from October 5 to October 20.
There are some problems with my accommodation. To explain, my room has a construction view. Therefore, one of my difficulties is a terrible noise outside the windows that prevents me from relaxing after a busy day. The other is the smell from the bathroom, which is not very pleasant, and I don’t think it is cleaned well enough. Additionally, a housekeeper did not change bath towels today.
I would like to ask you to change my room, please. I would prefer a room with a city view in a quiet area. Also, it will be better if the room has a clean bathroom and regular housekeeping.
Yours faithfully,
Mr. James
