I am writing to ask if you would be so kind as to provide some information regarding your hotel.

My family and I are traveling to spend a weekend and are planning to arrive on Friday October 11th at 7 pm and will check out on October12th in the late afternoon at 4 pm, if possible.

Could you please provide details about your accommodation available during this period of time? there are three of us, my wife and I and our 8-year-old son and we would like to book a room with one double bed and one separate bed. We would also prefer a room with the better view for example a room with a garden view if this can be arranged.

Please let me know how much it will cost for two days and also whether the price includes anything extra like breakfast.

I would also appreciate any advice about areas for outdoor activities and dining places with traditional food.
