Dear Luis,

I am writing to express my enthusiasm for an upcoming event celebrating global cuisines organized by an International Students’ Club.

The item I would like to propose is Biryani. This food item is so popular in my country that people choose Biryani as a part of the menu in every celebration because of its luscious, mouthwatering taste.

In biryani, the flavored rice, marinated chicken, and vibrant vegetables have been heated in cooking vessels separately. Then these items are added into the layer format. The saffron or turmic garnish on rice increases the flavor of biryani.

I believe Biryani should be added to this international event because it is a quintessential dish that represents the culinary heritage of my country. It is often tasted during gatherings or celebrations. Sharing this dish should provide a significant opportunity for everyone to flavor the spices of my country.

I am excited about the event and look forward to our collaboration in making it a memorable one.
