The diagram illustrates the process which bricks are made of the building industry.
Overall,it is clear that there are 7 stages in the brick production process,beginning with digging the clay and ending with transporting.
In the first step,the clay is dug up from the ground via huge digger.The clay is placed onto a metal grid in order to break up the material into smaller pieces with the help of the roller.At this point the mixture of sand and water are added to the wire cutter or mould for shaping the bricks.In the following stages,before moderate the bricks in the kiln,they are dried into the drying oven for 12-24 hours.
In the subsequent stage,dried bricks pass through a heating and cooling process.Once the moderating and heating have finished,the cooling process is able to start.The cooling process is continued for 24-72 hours through cooling chamber.Eventually,the bricks are packed and transported by the truck.
