Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to enquire about booking accommodation at your seaside hotel for my family and me.

We are planning to arrive on Saturday morning, 15 March, and stay for two nights. We intend to check out on Monday afternoon at approximately 6 p.m.

As we will be travelling with our two young children, we would prefer a spacious family suite with a panoramic sea view. Ideally, the room should be large enough to comfortably accommodate four people. Could you please inform us of the total cost for the weekend, including breakfast? As we are working within a limited budget, we would appreciate details of any family discounts or special offers available.

In addition, we would be grateful if you could provide information about nearby attractions, such as amusement parks, shopping centres, or other family-friendly activities in the area.
