I am writing to inform you of my interest in joining your gym. It has come to my attention that your sports hall has the best equipment and the most affordable price in the neighbourhood.

I would appreciate it if you could let me know of your membership types and both monthly and annual fees. Based on your membership fees, I may consider paying the whole year upfront, especially, if you have any special deals going on.

I would be grateful if you could provide any details on the activities of your fitness center. Especially any type of weekly group activities that occur at least twice a week. I might also consider working with personal trainer so please share the cost of that service as well.

I have been told that new members are required to provide several health-related documents, so please clarify your membership procedures. Additionally, please let me know of your cancellation policy, should I have any dissatisfaction.
