I am writing to inform you about a problem that I have been facing for a week.
Two weeks back, I took out a subscription plan from your website namely Netflix. I took a membership plan for a year as I am a movie lover. I do not want to miss any new movie. However, I have been suffering from technical issues. The internet on your website is quite slow. It takes 3 to 4 minutes to download anything. I have checked my Wi-Fi connection and it is working better on other platforms. Last week, I sent an email to your email, but I did not receive any response. After that, yesterday I called at your customer service center and they ensured that will solve the problem. But, I am experiencing the same issue.
Sir, I want that my problem will be solved at your earliest convenience or you may refund my all money, so that I can take subscription from other website. I do not want to miss any more time.
