I hope this letter finds you well. I am writting this letter to express mu frustration towards your unprofessionals streaming service.
my name is Mariannna Magdy, i was subscribed to your online streaming service about last three mounths ago. i was extreamly appealing for your channel at the first, but what happened after that was unfourtionatly a realy bad experince through your reputaion service.
Firstly, the network connection always didnot be stable during the day, that would be harmful to the router and the electricity. Moreover, it affects the accssibility to the phone line, which lead to cut off almost the week.
secondly, due to the unstability in the connection of the Internet , my work was definitly damaged because i lost most of my customers due to the poor coonection as i employed as a customer service maintanance in a teleperformance campany.
In shorts, while I am paying a lot of money for extra service , recently , i didnot get the revenue, so i want a full refund about the entier cercomestance that happened, and to turn off the contract towards your company.
I am waiting for your response as soon as possiple, before i will take a serious legal steps towards this problem.
