I am writing this letter to bring your attention to the online service I recently purchased. Yesterday, I bought subscription of the Netflix, an online platform to get access to online series and movies. However, the lack of stable network has been triggering continuous buffering and disruptions.
I am the account holder with username ‘mehakkhullar01’ and email ‘mehakkhullar77@gmail.com’. My account number is 9086364885. I bought the premium subscription package with advanced video and audio quality. Apart from this, it comes with unlimited access to all channels of the Netflix without any interruption.
The interruption is very often but mostly it occurs in the evening and late at night. Because of this issue, I am not able to use Netflix at al as this has disabled the regular netflix use. Apart from this, I have experienced that since I have bought the plan, my phone has slowed down and has put me in trouble.
I want your team to investigate the main cause of this issue. If your team believes that this plan is not supoorted by my phone, you can inform me immediately, so I can cancel the subscription. I would be grateful if you would inform me about this issue.
