Dear Katrina,

I am writing to discuss my work schedule. I would like to request a decrease in my working hours, as I have enrolled in baking classes. I hope you can adjust my schedule to accommodate these classes.

My classes will be held in the mornings on weekdays, so I am available to work on weekends and during the evenings. It would be greatly appreciated if you could schedule me according to these timings. I can commit to working only 20-25 hours per week, as I want to dedicate ample time to my baking training.

I believe this will also benefit you in the future. Since I am already working as a bakery clerk, obtaining professional training in cake decorating and baking will allow me to assist you when there is a shortage of staff.

I would be very grateful if you would consider my request regarding my working hours. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to me at any time.
