Dear Sir or Madam,
As the secretary of Mrs. Anabel Rama, Manager of Imperial Appliance Plaza. I was assigned on writing you a letter to express my managers’ interest in utilizing your conference hall for the upcoming special training course for the companies’ employees, and also to look over if the place could accommodate thirty to fifty individuals.
The special training course will take three days to cope up as there would be twelve learning modules that need to be tackle and unpack for a better learning. Employees should be able to master the basic interpersonal skills, communication skills, managing costumers complaints, having product knowledge and more importantly, showing empathy. These are the basic type of skills that the employees should acquire in order to produce positive feedback from the costumers. For instance, the staff has all the knowledge about a certain product and she was able to explain the advantage and disadvantages to the client, it would be a good score as it can motivate people to buy electronics based on what they need and on what she explains.
The company would appreciate it if you could provide some of the equipment that would be needed all throughout the sessions. First is, projector or big screen TV to easily flash the learning materials for the employees to read, jot down notes and follow. Next would be speakers and microphones, as the expected attendees was about thirty to forty individuals and it is better if they would be hearing the facilitators clearly. Lastly, enough tables and chairs to accommodate trainers and the trainees.
Furthermore, we would also like to request enough water for the comfort rooms, it is extremely essential for them to be comfortable for the entire course training.
We would also like to ask if there would be a food display in your cafeteria during lunch breaks? Unfortunately, food for lunch is not present on the trainees’ accommodation for 3 days.
We would appreciate it if you response to this message as soon as possible so that we can discuss and agree terms and conditions.
With thanks and respect.
Yours sincerely,
KP
