Note: Both the topic and the essay were created by one of our users.

In the last few decades, English has become an important language around the world, even being almost a requirement for having a good job or a good scholarship, putting some schools, or universities to teaching English to supply the risk of dying out. However, some people think we must revive the local languages instead of having English mostly as a second language. This essay will discuss both perspectives and talk about both and how English will always be more important .

English have many things to offer, such as the possibility to talk to a friend from another country, have a well-paid job, have the opportunity of win a scholarship, learn from others teachers differents at school teachers, owing to English the probability to face whatever moment of our lives are infinite. In order to refund this gap the schools have as task teach to their students English and be catalogised as a good institute. For example, the schools that teach English and gives a guarantee that their students when finishing the period will have at least an B2 English, mostly are expensive institutes.

On the other hand, many critics believe that we should ensure the survival or in some cases revive the local languages, being in some cases an incredible proposal. However, the benefits of the local language are none, even if we look for at least one advantage is so difficult to find, the only thing we can rescue is the fact of persevereing our customs and traditions of our culture, or we where come from. Removing that, the point of not teaching the local language is justified. For example, hardly ever a student will be excited for learning this or even the parents doubly would be agree.

In conclusion, although we want teach in the schools the language we where come from, the market and globalization have others goals and objectives, making English looks like the most important language around the world, giving opportunities of all type.
