A common belief among individuals is that people expanded lifespans are enormous issues. Whereas other people opine that, older populations are helpful for trade, governing society and fulfiling government duties. In this essay, I intend to delve into both views. I am personally in favor of the latter view.

However, people might live stable for long lives and with newborn growing spontaneously countries populations are becoming gigantic. As a result, unemployment is rising as excessive people may not be able to get an earning source for the overwhelming older population old generation is one of them huge part of this. For example, Bangladesh has a huge number of old people for this reason primary people are facing colossal problems in every sector such as health care, education, factories.
A wide range of people commonly believe that older group of people are advantageous for trade, government and for society. Mentality and strategy are vital roles for business which older people fulfill effortlessly. Business is one kind of mental game old people easily influence easily customers and employees.Their perspectives would be pretty good to constructing a world class company. Administrations are controlled by people avove 55-years of age people because comprehensive knowledge is not stored in young individuals. Every government’s people and higher position employers can be older to their responsibilities are eye-catching and everyone advocates for them. Furthermore, society is the destination where grows up everyone. People below 75 years old people handle society taking some easiest steps, handling every circumstance as well as mitigating crime.
In my opinion, while living longer has many issues that affect on simple life, unemployment is a prime issue, it would be growing due to over population. Older people are directly implicated in this issue. On the other hand, older people have many connivences for countries people they contribute to every segment of life such as making government policies that play a positive role in lives of the public.
Summing up, living long time has been detrimental for young generation. Old people are fixing some segment such as society and government policy what makes facilitate simple life.
