There are different opinions about how to create housing areas. Some people believe, that houses building on a wider area of land is more comfortable, while others prefer housing areas by taller buildings. In this essay i will elaborate on both views and give my own opinion.
There are several factors that taller buildings can bring a positive impact for housing areas. First of all, such type of buildings increase the apartments number where people can leave. The higher housing area, the bigger number of floors. Another factor is the community. For instance, person have opportunity leave with different neighbours, who can help and make a friendship. This type of communication play an important role in people social life. You can feel connection with others through some celebrations, meetings and spending time with each other.
On the other hand, building houses on a wider area of land also has some advantages. There is possibility have your own home, without neighbors. Build and create design of house by person wishes. Live far from the city center and enjoy calm life with fresh air. In addition, in such area you can feel more freedom, especially for people who can’t leave in narrow spaces.
In my opinion, building houses on a wider area are more joyful and comfortable. This type of construction take a lot of land space but better improve people mental well – being than living in the taller buildings. As a result, every day is full of space, freedom and connection with nature.
