It is believed to some people that satisfaction of the job is more essential rather than the security of the job. On the other hand there is a perspective that a steady job is important and you can’t always foresee an excitement. I believe that a job satisfaction is the most preferable one since it is important to get the social needs and esteem needs, also is the key to success.
Career excitement is chosen highly instead of a secure job for some people, because some human beings love to communicate with people through their job position and wouldn’t want to lose their favorite work over a stable position. Thus, these human being perhaps are motivated by the high salary of the company and gets excitement about that, they would not go for a stable low paying jobs. For example, human relations manager loves communicating with people and the very extroverted person also has a low wages. And if they go to an office job that has guaranteed working place, they wouldn’t go there because
, they can’t fulfill their social needs resulting in unmotivation.
On the contrary, people who prefer a rather secure job than a satisfying job may not have to worry about losing their careers this human being considered consistent under what not being scared of redundancy and other unnecessary things, which is the risk assessment of achievement making them happy.
Both of these views have reasons equally. However, in my opinion, career satisfaction is the important one as it is impossible to work unless the job is enjoyable
