In this contemporary era, there is an argument in school, some people think that individuals should invest the most money in improving technology and equipment in the classroom, while others say that it should spend on teachers. I will explain both views and give my opinion in the conclusion.
to begin with , There are various reasons why schools should find a large amount of money to enhance the skill improve specialized qualifications of teacher. Because they have greater brain power and have good experience in the teaching field. Teachers have many strategies to teach specifics topics to students in easy words with examples, which is tough for machine .Teachers can feel the students emotion and contribute the social activity teaching adopt their teaching appropriately to their students level of understanding.
on the other hand, Technology is the part of parcel of our life. A strong view that schools management should provide great funding for technology. People cannot move any other without technology. Every field has huge use of technology. Students will get a lot of help in their education by using this technology. They immediately find their problems and save their valuable times .As a result they could use the same time to learn new skills at home through the technology. Students will gain knowledge about global research.
In conclusion, in my ,opinion teachers are the ones who teach and give knowledge to students. Even on online ,platforms teachers are the ones who teach pupils therefore schools and the public should invest money in tutors who have experience and knowledge
