Band 6+: Some people think that spending a lot on holding weddings, birthday parties and other celebrations is just a waste of money. Others, however think that these are necessary for individuals and the society. Discuss both views.

In contemporary society, it is frequently believed that spending money for different occasional family and friends meetings is valuable for sustainable relationships. On the other hand, opponents argue that this approach is uneconomic. In my essay, I will provide a comprehensive discussion of both parts and I will clearly explain why I believe that meeting people, who are close to your soul is important for many persons.

Celebrating has brought not only issues but pleasure too. Especially, psychological well-being for older ones or youngsters. Humans are very social. Therefore, meeting other people could enhance their positive feelings and thinking. Moreover, life is unpredictable, and you never know when you can see some person last time. For instance, our wedding was incredible. We invited 120 people, who were from family and friends. We want to spend time with them and spread our happiness. In addition, I would like to conserve our feelings for future memories. However, we did not order a cameraman, which was a humongous mistake. The party was incredible, but I did not recognise that I saw my auntie there last time.

Nevertheless, a celebration is very expensive. Not everyone can afford this joke. Therefore, many anticipate people argue that organising these massive occasions leads to a waste of money. They use arguments, such as you can see each other at home or in a park with fresh air and a small picnic. In addition, a nice budget could be saved, which can be used for education, holidays, and rebuilding a house. Moreover, a big celebration requires money not only for a party but for decoration, food, drinks, and bloody hell expensive costumes. For these types of citizens, spending money for a big celebration is not rentable.

In conclusion, I am sitting on the fence. Why? Because, I am a proponent of small home parties and picking, which are not costly. On the other hand, sometimes a big celebration, for example, a wedding has to be big and expensive and with glamour, because this is for the rest of your life and only once. In my essay, I provided an explanation, of why meeting with family and friends is important for soul balance. However, this occasion could not be expensive.
