Nowadays, all kinds of leaders are young people as compared to the past. This is mainly because they have higher education and contains an innovative ideas. From my perspective, it is largely a positive development because young leaders are more aware from the issues and understand the concerns of youth.
The primary reason of young authorities is that most people are well educated, they come with unique ideas. That is to say, they are more energetic and passionate toward their country’s progress and want to emerge their nation as a developing one. Therefore, they take part as political activists and other high leveled jobs, due to their ideas and ability to change their country, they attract the general public to vote them or consider as a high authority. For example, the prime minister of Vietnam, who was a political activist in the university and later became the prime minister of the country.
This is a positive development because adolescents are more aware from the concerns of the young generation. If leaders are their contemporaries, they are more likely to address their issues and eradicate them. For instance, in 2026, Maryam Nawaz, the Prime Minister of the Punjab, has almost resolved the issues of younger public and invested funds of about 1 billion on youth for their education, career, and for better jobs.
It can be concluded that the biggest reason for young authorities is that they are educated with unique ideas for the betterment of the nation. I believe that it is a positive development because they are aware from the problems of new generation and resolve their issues.
