According to the given statement first we talk about the government responsibility as everyone knows very well the retired person servers his 60 years in that institute where he work and he gave his 100% to that institute for the progress and reputation . we know very well the number of retirees increase year by year. If we thought abut middles class family retirees then we can say that the government should responsible to provide retirees financial support and health care.
For example in a middle class family the single person who earns suffers and faces many difficulties to fulfill their family needs . with the passage of time the person who earns only stands at that spot where he needs some financial support and health care because he spent his 60 years in that institute where he works and earn then at the time of retirements he must be wants some support from government to fulfill the desire needs and their children’s wishes as well as their studies.
On the Other hand citizens should save money for themselves when they are old. it might be possible in two ways those people who have their own lands and properties they don’t need any saving’s because these lands are also their savings for future use when they are old
the second thing is that the citizens who belongs to a rich family they also don’t need to save money because they already have a strong backup from their ancestor’s.
