Dear sir,

I am writing this letter to get your attention to a problem that I have with your pet dog. Last night, the dog broke the fence and entered my backyard. He damaged the flowers and trees in my garden.

I believe the fence between our boundaries is eroding with time and needs replacing. By installing a new fence, it will become a secure boundary, not only for your pet but also for my garden.

Nowadays, there are multiple options available in the market. However, a metal wire fence would be more protective and environmentally friendly for both of us. As you know, we share a common boundary, and its repair is needed by both of us. So, my suggestion is that we could contribute to these expenses.

I look forward to your thoughts on this.
