The number of people think that capital punishment ought to be restated for heinous crimes I would not support this idea for some reasons namely everybody has their own rights to leave whoever they are and death penalty is the lightness punishment for some prisoners.
The first main reason restating the punishment is that it can break to every human being’s rights to explain according to the human rights declaration each person has their own rights to live no matter who they are and what their races even though they did something unforgivable instead of this punishment is advisable to implement alternatives corporal punishment or imprisonment. For example in my country capital punishment canceled in 2008 this punishment was modified to lifelong imprisonments
The second reason is nowadays we can see several types of crimes and there is a some prisons even this punishment would be the lightest punishment for them. To explain some Killers who did incredible things for a trivial reasons such as killing someone or chopping people’s body like meat or rape someone for example American killer Albert fish did something incredible and disgusting in the early 20th century he kidnapped and killed several children he said that he ate his victims due to starving for those kind of prisoners it would perfect if jugdes give them lifelong punishment in special cells
In conclusion restating does punishment is unnecessary punishment it violates humans rights instead of this it is more effective to use lifelong punishments
