Dear Sir or Madam,

My name is Radwa Mohamed, I was one of your passengers on last week’s flight. I am writing this letter to report about my missing bag.

Firstly, I was exhausted that specific day. This is the reason why I didn’t notice that I left it behind until I reached my residence place near the airport, and thankfully, I had my passport on another bag.

Another thing that I want to add is the description of my luggage. It was a brown one with black lines, and two pockets. As for the handles, it was black with a handmade swing. Regarding the content of it, it contained my cards, some cash, and a diamond ring.

Finally, I would like to ask for your help and support to find it as soon as possible. If you need further information, feel free to contact me at any time. Your prompt response would be highly appreciated.
