Dear John,

I hope this letter finds you well. It has been a long time since we had a talk. I am writing to advice you about options for your accommodation during the course that takes place in my previous university.

While in the past I used to live in a flat near the university, they offered a shared-room in the campus. As the privacy is my priority, I decided to live alone in an apartment. It means, I payed extra money for commute and meals and I gain comfortability.

There are two easy ways to find a suitable place. Firstly, you can keep in touch with Mr.Smith in university, who is in charge of preparing welfare services for students. Secondly, you will be able to find flat or room in downtown if you wish by visiting some website that I attached them to this email.

The main factors that you should be aware about them while you are looking for accommodation is your accessibility to public transportation. If you live far away of them, you should pay an exorbitant money to reach your classes.
