In present situations large amount of people moving away from their friends and families because of more opportunities are their in outside of their respective places. So, this is an advantage for individual perspective.
When the people migrated to different places then they can find more number of jobs in their related fields and this can help them to earn huge amount of salaries which is pretty good to say. they get more opportunities. so, that they can easily find work to do and they have more number of options to switch and that is not very hard to find job.
Moreover, moving away from their native place can make them very strong person and this will teach them how to survive in difficult situations. they can find good circle which will help them to grow in their respective works. Therefore, people can explore themselves and they can show their talent and work in various platforms and one of the main advantage in moving away is upgrade their skill and this will help them to update in the job field.
However, moving away from their friends and families for work make them emotionally weak. if in case we have more bonding with our parents then it’s very hard to manage our work and emotions and it leads to stress and make them mentally weak. even though, we earn more money outside of their native place. but, they will miss their family members and friends.
In my opinion, when we getting some benifits then we have to sacrifice few things from our life. so, moving away from our friends and families. we should take it as challenge to make us financially strong for future.
