Nowadays,with rapidly developed modern society,crimes also increased quickly.Some people believe that capital punishment should not be used,while others argue that it should be allowed for the most serious crimes.I definitely agree with the people who support for do not use capital punishment.

Firstly,I admit that there are more and more crimes happened in our cities ,even some serious crimes could happened sometimes ,like robing ,hijecking,even shotting and so on.Therefore,some people argue that we should use captital punishment to threaten the criminals,to protect and off set people from the crimes,to control and diminish the possiblility of the most serious crimes.

But,I do not beileve this is the best measure we can use for controling the crimes.Firstly,I suppose that nobody have the right of deprive others lives,including judicial system and government;secondly,some countries which already have capital punishment for criminals also have high rate of the most serious crimes,that means capital punishment could be useless of diminishing those big crimes;thirdly,I think we should better find the eccential reasons for those crimes ,like if there are some finacial issues or unemployments or some phycology problems of these crimibals ,than just use the cruel capital punishment.

Overall,we cannot forbidden all the crimes nowadays ,but I persist that do not use capital punishment for these criminals,and there are more things we can do to control the situation,especially we should address the factors behind these crimes and try our best to solve the real problems .
