It is argued that companies should arrage facilities of sports and social facilities for the people who live in the area of the companies. I strongly believe with the statement and describe the point of view in below.
Local companies is important for an organization. The relation of these two helps each others to grow. For example if a company arrange a sports compition for local community, it create a strong communication between them and create a good image of the companies. Also, local branding is promoted through providing facilities of local people.
Secondly, Companies has the responsibility to development of facilities for local people. Every companies have some extent of social responsibility to serve the communities. For example, BEXIMCO is one of the lead companies of Bangladesh, it provide facilities for local people such as community center, Sponsor in sports etc. It may help the local people and also serve the goodwill of the organization.
In conclusion, It’s a major responsibility of companies to support the community for development. It helps companies promotion and community development both.
