Overall, dinner and lunch sectors accounted for the largest shares of sodium and saturated fat, while snacks represented the smallest portions .But there was some notable changes in added sugar . Breakfast always remained middle portions .
The dinner sectors consumed the highest proportions of sodium at 43% and this figure consistently a little bit decreased on 37% in saturated fat. The lunch sector remained the same highest portions in both chart. There were 29% in sodium and 26%.in saturated fat. The snacks sector dramatically increased in added sugar.This sector rise of over 42%.
On the other hand, the breakfast and snacks had a notable dropped in saturated fat 16% and 21%. In contrast,hese sectors share declined to 14% and 14%. Similarly, The added sugar very smallest portions in sectors : dinner 23%,lunch 19% and breakfast 16%.
