Nowadays , humans are less interested in being active or having a routine to maintain fit , even though they have major sports facilities around them. In my opinion , this change in behaviour is due to the access of electronics , it is not only aimed towards mobile phones , it is mostly directed towards gaming devices. Young kids , teenagers and also adults are now putting all their passion and energy into winning a single game online . In addition, some families in general are extremely lazy , this laziness gets passed to the young individuals of the family. Which will lead them being in house not doing anything productive.
However, this is not a problem that cannot be solved, there are major solutions to this issue. My top suggestion , is to create a schedule that is balanced and exciting. The schedule needs to include , activities that are done outside of the environment that they are typically in. In addition, I would recommend having a partner with you throughout the beginning of your journey process , to keep you motivated and locked in. Another suggestion, It would be a fantastic idea to try different sports until you find the right one for you . The sport you choose is highly important , the reason to this is that , if you choose a sport that you are passionate and comfortable with it would encourage you to keep going.
In conclusion , to stay fit and healthy you need to find the right activity for you that would easily make you motivated and excited. This will give you a push to stay consistent throughout the journey.
