Dear Sir/ Madam,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing this letter to express my concern about the accommodation arrangement that provided to me.

Firstly, I requested that I wanted a single room, and your staff agreed to arrange for me. However, when I arrived, they said that they were not available to let me have a single room this moment. I need to share a room with another student.

Secondly, the shower curtain in the bathroom was too small, it could not cover the whole area, therefore, when we took a shower, the water was spilled out.

As mentioned above, the floor were all got wet after that. It was dangerous to slide on the floor. I would like you to arrange worker to solve the problem as soon as possible to ensure the safety of us.

Finally, I hope to have a refund of my room arrangement. Thank you for your consideration, and I hope that my suggestion are taken seriously and look forward to hearing from your reply soon.
