Woman play very important role in the development of country as well as home. In recent years, woman are supporting the countries like man. In this way, woman play an equal role in economic development of nations. Nowadays, there are more opportunities for woman than there were in past.
Some people believe that this satuation has caused more problems than it has solved. In recent years, women have become powerful personality of the community. Woman are more independent rather than in the past. They take a part in many fields like man such as in army, engineering and politics.
Furthermore, they strongly support their family by financially. Through more opportunities for jobs, they easily support themselves without anyone support. In contrast, this situation can cause for several challenges. For instance, sometimes, woman can’t balance between work and family properly. As a result, they face stress and depression due to unbalance life.
In my view, more opportunities is fair for woman because it is their own rights. Through more opportunities, they easily survive in society without any support. They could enjoy their quality of life with jobs opportunities and financially support their family. Although this situation has several disadvantage, this advantages outweigh the outcomes.
In conclusion, equal opportunities in every fields are basic need for woman. Moreover, through these opportunities, they could support nations like man. Therefore, government should offer equal opportunities for woman like man for successful society.
